I believe most orphanages have around 60 children, though the one I went to just outside Klungklung had more than 100. Ages range from 4/5 to 16 with older children looking after the younger ones. The orphanage at Klungkung had only 1 adult supervisor. The visit was a real eye opener, but the children were all so happy. I met about 40 and luckily I had enough lollipops for that number. The rest of the tings I gave to the supervisor to allocate. I am sure they will be pleased with anything.
