Stayed here in June, I can't remember the exact price of the meals but I know the prices were very reasonable. The nasi goreng here was the best of the whole trip and my husband loved the steak. I think the rates do include breakfast but you can always email David and ask him anything you'd like to know in advance. There are markets just up the road ... hmmm we went by car, only a few minutes or a pleasant walk. The Pacung Indah is a great place to stay - gorgeous views, great food, gracious host, friendly staff and please say hello to Barbie and Spanky (resident monkeys) for me. Cheers.
