When we left 2 weeks ago to my surprise, grog and real cigs (from UK) were much cheaper on departure from Denpasar Airport duty free shops than here. Not like years ago.
I don't smoke (anymore) but real B&H and Winfield Blue were about US$15 a carton of 250.
Jim Beam was US$20 for two 1 litre bottles..and other liquor was about $15 a bottle. I managed to score a bottle of Bacardi Gold Rum (brings back fond memories of when I backpacked in Mexico!) for US$15..haven't seen it in Oz..only the Bacardi White or Dark rum.
