We had a driver last year that might suit. I don't know where you are staying but we were in the Dynasty at Tuban and he can be found on stand by out the front of the hotel.
He has a large van with air con and seat belts. Nice guy, no side trips, not pushy, he was there when we booked him - didn't send someone else. Reliable and polite. I have two children 7 & 5, great with them.
His name was Koko and his number 085237080261.
Also, my daughter left her brand new genuine Rip Curl hat in the back of the van after a visit to Bali Bird Park. When we phoned to ask if he had found it, yes, he had put it aside already and got it back to us the next day.
We will be there in 4 weeks time and will certainly use him again.
