We have tried both. If you are staying in a hotel there and you only want massage, ie not exfoliation, flower bath etc then try the hotel masseur.
Zen centre in on Jl Hanoman and you can email them and book in advance. Verona spa is on Monkey Forest road, opposite Vila Rasa Sayang, same side as market and soccer field.
