AUD rate

Hi. I was just watching the news and todays rate for the rupe is 7846. WOW!!!
How can it be this high when the AUD-USD rate is .75607?
And I thought we did well in June/July when we were getting 7200! But I am sure the US rate back then was around .76.
I wonder what it is on the street at the kodak shops.
