you will find have never been out of their own State that alone their own town. A friend who is a travel agent told me that the amount of people that feed her negative comments about Bali, when questioned about where they like to go to for their holidays had to admit they rarely leave their own back yards.
They probably just stay ay home and watch all that 100% correct information on the horrors of Bali that the media love to feed us.
