There used to be a scam happening and the other part of the card was not returned to the traveler. They were made to pay in the 'special office' for another when in fact there were plenty of cards around the airport (on the back wall) I hope this makes sence. I seem to remember it was mentioned on the forum a few years ago. Since then weve always made sure they hand the other half back. Hope this makes sense. Cheers Geri
