to follow it up beforehand. On our last trip we had personal service through the Airport just handed our documents over to an official who took care of all paperwork. I had misplaced the other part of my card and it took several minutes for me to find it. The escort was getting very concerned that I could not find it. I also had another incident where I did not realise that I was at the wrong gate (they changed it and I didn't hear the announcement) They had to search through the stubbs to retrieve mine as they said I would not be allowed through the correct gate without it. This indicates to me that it is very important so personally I would follow it up. If she is flying Garuda they have an office in Tuban that may be able to help.
