had the same problem and so did another little girl in the hotel she went back and they accused her of doing that to the nails and wouldn't fix it unless she paid more!
Would not recommend putting them on in Bali but would for refils (I am fussy with my nails Catherine from Big Brother 4 does mine) For refils in Bali(since we go for a long time when we go to Bali) I have used and would highly recommend MARSHA her details are below. SMS her and ask her does she do new nails or just refils. For the cost of a taxi ride she will come to your hotel room ;-) Tell her Karen said HELLO and i will see her next year!
