We had to wait 5 days to get into our family bungalow which we had booked months before.Very upsetting when you get to Bali with hot tired kids and no room at all. When we did get into GVC we did find it very run down our toilet leaked into the shower and didn't flush properly even after being "fixed".GVC is a great location though and we really only slept there so we survived ok.It is in need of renovations. PS i found the spa expensive for what they do and prefered the MBR spa.
