pretty much. We dressed up a little for dinner at La Luciola & KuDeTa, but really needn't have. Hubby pretty much wore long shorts & dress t-shirts everywhere & wasn't underdressed. I'm a 3/4 pants & light cotton top sorta person in that weather & it suited everywhere we went. Just popped a sarong on when necessary when outside the touristy areas. Didn't see anyone more formally attired except staff & business people. It is a good idea to take something a little more formal or be prepared to buy something if you end up having to deal with the authorities - they appreciated long pants/business attire in their public offices there the same as you'd probably wear here.
