Can only tell you what I experienced. I don't wear glasses, but thought getting a pair of coloured contacts might be fun. We went to the optometrist on the bottom floor of Discovery. The staff brought out all the different colours. They had 2 different brands. One that lasted for 12 months and one that lasted for 6 months. I told them I had never used them before so they put them in for me. It felt a bit weird at first, but I'm sure you get used to them. Having said that, I remember reading something about Bali having different sizes to what we have at home and this may be a problem. I didn't have to make any enquiries about that because when I looked in the mirror, the colours totally freaked me out. Needless to say, I didn't buy any. I don't remember the exact price but I do recall thinking they were really cheap. Sorry, I haven't really answered your question.
