eat off carts all the time.and have never had the bb.my adivce is to wash your hands before eating.take dettol wipes with you if there are no toilet facilities,and dont put your fingers in your mouth.WHY?because the money you have handled has all sorts of nasties on it.and if you do get the real bb.get to a dr.asap.
