I wore one when visiting DisneyWorld, not long after the Sept 11 attacks - security was at a max then. Just about dropped when the security guard asked, "Mind if I check in your fanny, Maam!!!"

I'll never wear a bum bag again after that!!

I normally just chuck whatever I need in my pocket!! Safe, and saves me from taking the credit card out so I can't impulse buy!!!!
