VOA cost for 5days/4nights

Yes another VOA question,
was under the impression VOA was US$25 regardless of length of stay up to 30 days, but after reading the BTF, is it cheaper for less than 7 days??? My husband and I and 4 sons are going over next month for brothers wedding and just doing the minimum stay. It is costing us a small fortune so if we can save on the VOA that would be a bonus!!!
