VOA question

The new 7 day $10US VOA is that now in opperation? We are going for 6nights 7 days.

Also our plane leaves near midnight so my next question is What happens if the plan is delayed? and we are stauck there for a few extra hours hence overstaying the visa!?

Dont want any hassles when I am about to come home LOL!!!
