Feedback on Villa Kuta Pharta and Villa

Vilarisi?
Has anyone stayed at either of these house / villas?
Any info. would be greatly appreciated, as we are still in need of a villa for part of our holiday. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Must be a 2 brm - villa, house or apartment. Needs a nice sunny pool area, and wonderful staff in either Tuban, Kuta, Seminyak or Legian area.
