I like wine rather than beer too but I have gone the old "when in Rome" and given into drinking Bintang or cocktails. I would assume the wine would be the same rules as the spirits which is 1 1Litre bottle per person. I guess with all the upheaval since S C got caught, Balinese Customs would be a bit more dilligent about these sorts of things to so you want to be careful so they don't single you out. Maybe you could pick a spirit you like and mix that with softdrink, at least that would go a bit further than 1 litre of wine.
