They're available in Bali; but often old stock or 'grey' merchandise. The warranty is usually for Indonesia only - and because of Indonesian Import Duty etc - are almost always more expensive than in Australia (or the UK, NZ, Canada or the USA).
There's no 'duty' on electronics in Australia any more - just GST. Big retailers - Harvey Norman, Retravision, Myer megamart, Tandy, Dick Smith etc etc - can always better prices from overseas - and offer valid Australian warranties, and they're just so easy to get to - either to buy - or if you have problems!!
