Help required

My wife and I are traveling to Bali for the 1st time on Friday and I was wondering whether anybody knows whether or not there is a cash point machine (ATM) at the airport?

Also, I haven't arranged a transfer form the airport to our hotel at Sanur, I take it is very easy to get a taxi from the airport or should I contact the hotel to arrange this?

Thanks for any help or pointers anyone can give me.

P.S. What's the weather like at the moment??
