We stayed at Tanjung Benoa, so we just walked out onto the beach near our hotel and there are many guys along the beach who you can bargain with for a price. Just walk between a few and get the best price. My husband and I are racking our brains to remember the price (after a few weeks back it gets blurry!), we know we thought it pretty cheap, around 200,000rph. That was for 2A + 3 kids (10,8,4), incl. glass bottom boat ride to Turtle Island and also banana boat ride for us all (which I forgot to mention in earlier post). It was only our family on that particular boat, but lots of individual boats go to Turtle Island. On boat for about an hour in total, kids loved it. They all loved the banana boat ride, 4yo scared initially, but we held her tight. Once we fell off (thanks to 10 and 8yo who were trying to bounce us), so hung on tight to 4yo (we were all in lifejackets too though).....but that was her favourite part. When she talks about the banana boat ride now, it's always about how good it was to fall off!
You should be able to get any transport to Tanjung Benoa from near the Dynasty (cost approx. 40,000rph each way), blue taxis about the same price. We stayed at Peninsula Beach Resort, your driver can take you there, you just walk straight through onto the beach...and either way you go there's plenty of guys selling all manner of water sports. Have fun!
