I am a hairdresser and have seen a lot of damage to hair caused by sraighteners. Buy ceramic and temperature controlled ones- otherwise you could fry your hair. I checked them out at the hair dresser suppliers when I was in Bali in July and the price difference for a good set wasn't really much cheaper than for what I can purchase them here. And then the power plugs would have to be converted or you would need to use an adapter here to use them. The quality/choice of the straighteners was definitely not as good as here. I personally would prefer to see you purchase them here thru your hairdresser. Ask her /him for customer discount, if you are a regular client. trust your hairdresser!
