WE travelled to Sanur very many years ago, and it was very much quieter than Kuta and even Nusa due way back then (ie. Sanur not a lot to offer unless you liked it very very quiet). After all these years everything and eveywhere has got a lot more busier in Bali, and I daresay Sanu too. I suggest that Sanur might still be a little more quiet and laid back compared to Tuban, Kuta, Legian area.
We like the combination of relaxing at the resort, walking, talking, meeting, greeting, shopping, wining and dining at all the places that Tuban, Kuta and Legain have to offer.
If your resort (I don't know anything about it) is anywhere near as nice as the Remada Bintang in Tuban, then I suggest for ten & 1/2 nights, you have got a pretty good deal. At that price though, you should be getting an excellent, special place to stay at! Good breakfasts anywhere come cheap anyway.
Tuban is 15-20 minutes pestered walk into the heart of Kuta to the south, closer to the airport, and a little bit quieter than both Kuta and Legian. They are so much fun but very much 'full on'.
Sure you will love your stay. The price sounds very good. Who did you book through as a matter of interest?
