If you head out the gates of the Jayakarta, go left and just past the gates to the Kumala Pantai there's a sign with "Arsha Laundry" there. They are absolultey fantastic. I have laundry done there 4 times while I was in Bali over the last 2 weeks. I think it costs around 500RP to get a T-shirt washed, less for undies.
I can also highly recommend Si(ilia Spa which is at the beach end of Double 6 for massages. Just head out the gates again to the left, take the winding road that takes you down to Double 6, turn left when you get the the end, and the spa is around 100m down the road on the right side. You will see the sign there - just go down the laneway, and it's on your right. It's paradise...
