Yes, discovery mall has a lift but is the delivery lift. I had been toldreviously on the forum that it had a lift so went looking for it on my trip in July. I found the lift but it is not for the public. The lift opens into the staff area on the department store level. I suggest you find a staff memeber to take you in the lift. Good luck!
