The restaurant out the front of the Puri Santrian is lovely.
I don't normally like restaurants connected to large hotels, but had two dinners here in March this year - great service and food.
It's on the road-side, rather than the beach side, so it doesn't overlook the water, but I would recommend it.
Otherwise if you are prepared to take a taxi ride to Seminyak, I would suggest the Living Room - even better for a romantic spot.
