i drink green tea. Trip before last I bought some at matahari but this time as I knew I was not close to Matahari I took my own. I get constipation in Bali (not Bali belly) as I do not eat rice at home and Bali also does nothave the vegetables I am used to eating (low carbohydrate). Regardless of the bloating feeling I still drink Bintang and eat Nasi Goreng. Enjoy.
