We looked at several Villas. We found the more popular Villas (mentioned on the BTF more often) where less likely to move on the price. We just went from complex to complex and asked to see a villa. We had a few places that we couldn't look at as they where booked out. We then just asked for the best price. most where around the $150 - 200 US per night. If you are staying in the weeks then you can get it even cheaper. I think you will get them cheaper for Feb/March as we stayed in High season. I researched the web for reduced prices and used that as a guide. For a 1 bedroom my pick would have been Villa Heliconia. 1 bedroom at Uma Sapna didn't have much of a sitting area outside where the 2 bedroom had a lovely large outdoor area with lounge kitcken and meals area. New Villas worth looking at is www.Kembali Villas.com take out the space. Couldn't look at these as they where full but the complex looks nice. Also we went into a Real Estate and just asked them what they had, they have rentals on display. They are private houses some have pools and include staff and these where about half the price but not as luxurious. If you require any other info please email me
