We stayed there end of July/start of August this year.
Hotel is very nice, although the rooms could probably do with a bit of paint etc. The staff are all very friendly.
Plenty of restaurants in Tanjung Benoa and also at Bualu village near Nusa Dua (about 10,000 by taxi).
Plenty of taxis up and down the street outside the hotel. We never had a problem getting bluebirds. (NB the bluebird taxi meter sits on 4000 for the first kilometer - I asked about this as I thought he hadn't switched it on).
The hotel has internet access. When we were there they had a deal where you could use the internet for one hour each day of your stay for $100,000 one-off payment. (Very handy for checking on things back home).
The hotel doesn't have a DVD player for hire.
There are only a few hawkers on the beach. They are very friendly and don't really bother you if you aren't interested.
The best moneychanger is a kodak shop on the opposite side of the road about 300-400 meters to the right (leaving the hotel).

If you have any other questions, I'm happy to receive an email from you.
