Thanks er for that brilliant read. Mate, it was like being there. We are 11 people staying at the GVC for 16 days starting August 24 and have heard a few worrying reports on the deteriorating condition of the GVC. This will be our first time there(to the GVC, 5th time to beautiful Bali), and we are all expecting "budget" but are now a little worried about staying in accomodation that is a shambles.
I eagerly await your 2nd installment on the GVC.
