Thank you all for the nice comments! My camera is the Fuji S2 SLR. Nothing really unique but a couple of tips might be helpful. One, always use a polarizing filter during the day. Say, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. It will make your colors more vibrant and reduce the contrast during the harsh light. I usually go to Bali during the wet season so I get that beautiful light overcast that really helps. Two, shoot everything even remotely interesting if you have digital. What you get when you get home may surprise you. Three, get up early to take advantage of the beautiful light. Don't shoot the sunrise but turn around and see what the light is doing on other subjects. Four, try to get different angles on subjects. Get down low or try to get up high for a unique angle. That's about it. I'm looking forward to my next trip to the most beautiful spot in the world-Bali.
