Most of the Brown Bread found in the supermarkets in Bali, is just that, Brown coloured Bread, and nothing to do with wholewheat or anything else. try some of the smaller deli's that cater to the expats, such as Bali deli, bali bakery, Dijon, Pepitos etc.
