new hotel in Legian

Can anyone help me to find a new hotel in JL. Padma Utara. Earlier in the year it was boarded up with a sign "opening early 2005" it was supposed to belong to the IBIS chain, but doesn't seem to be in the brochures anymore. It is right next door to the new Rum Jungle Restaurant.
