Which Hotel

Trying to fit in a quick trip for Christmas shopping. (well that's the excuse, so it needs to be cheap!) Which hotel would you chose if going on packages at budget prices: Sinar Bali, Dewi Sri or Baleka?
I would like it to be close to the beach, not noisy at night, and close to good shopping.
