Just wanted to remark too on your comments re Ketut's Place: like you I read some pretty good reviews of the place, but when I looked it up on the internet I couldn't feel excited about it, especially at those prices .... so I went back and re-read those good reviews - and nary a word was said in any of them about the rooms themselves, seems everyone's raves were about meeting interesting people there, or about feeling a part of 'the family' . So I was feeling a bit dubious about it , and I'm so glad I've read your comments about it , pretty much what I suspected ..
