Our Favourite is Rama Beach Resort and Spa Tuban.
Traditional Balinese resort no high rise.
Small enough that the staff get to know you.
Far enough away from the hussle and bussle of Kuta but close enough to walk. They also supply a free shuttle bus to the art markets several times a day.
It has the best pool I've ever seen.
The cottages have just been changed into villas...very nice and it is rated 3 star but we would rate it 4 star.
Sept will be our 4th time staying there.
