Follow Up To - Optus pre-paid Auto Roam

I recently posted Optus pre-paid Auto Roam is now available.
Going from there website at http://www.optus.com.au/prepaid, I set mine to YES for internation.
I was led to believe it would work in Bali.
This is not true. I have just got back from Bali and it did not work.
