I think you might mean AGUNG Villas in Seminyak. If so it is very close to Sofitel Seminyak(formerly The Royal Seminyak) which is on Jl Dhyana Pura and close to the beach.
We stayed there 10 years ago and found the rooms fairly basic but also quite charming. May have been refurbished since then.
