We pre-booked via Steve Eaton by e-mail on bulanindah@dps.centrin.net.id . List price is 360,000R, I asked if we got anything for pre-booking and it was reduced to 320,000R. I think it's worth pre-booking as they're very popular (for good reason). They request you then ring them a day or two before just to re-confirm.
