nothing will kill this fear, its more the confined space, bumpy, ear popping side of it that I cant handle. I get really anxious and am the white knuckled one on the flight!!! eyes closed tight controlled breathing... Its my adjusting to the confined space as well as everything else but i am fine once we level out again (its easier to imagine I am on a bus then) Its got nothing to do with death!
