Are Fireworks Legal ?

After a recent trip to Fiji - Where i found fire works were legal, and you could have an awsome time buying up fireworks and reliving my childhood send colourful plumes of explosive crazy funess into the quite night life. I have my impending Bali trip comming up Sept 5th .. WOOHOO can't wait. I was wondering if Fireworks were legal in bali aswell ? If so where can you buy them ?
