We are planning trip to Bali for July 06 school hols. Have been a handful of times before. Only done day trips to Ubud bef but would like to stay up there for ~4 days, ~12 days in Bali in total. Read heaps of info on BTF - excellent w/site. Like sound of Tegal Sari. Anyone know how far ahead you would need to book. Travel agent won't give me prices for Jul yet, say I have to wait till end of year?? Should I book Ubud myself direct with hotel? By July we will be: 2 x adult, 12yr old, 2yr old & 2mth old. Any suggestion of room we would need to look at at Tegal? Oh, nearly forgot my main query. Don't know whether to do Ubud at beginning or end of trip?? Plan to use it as base for activities up that way: elephant park, rafting etc - not that I'll be doing that with a baby but for hubby and 12yr old. Sooo many questions!! Any help/suggestions would be greatly rec'd. Thanks
