Yes, the US $25 we pay on arrival (VOA - visa on arrival).You can use $AU. The cost of the voa is US$25 but you can pay in aust currency. You are still paying the equivalent of $US25. They work out the conversion from US to AU & your change is in rupiah. Hope this makes sense!
