We spent yesterday shopping in Singaraja and after a late morning followed by a leisurely stroll along the beach and lunch at Kubu Lalang (if you are ever in Lovina, enjoy food and a peaceful atmosphere and don't go to this place you do yourself a great disfavour), Richard of the Hairy Rambutan (like the local Rambutan Cottages) took us to the local orphanage. It was a great hour with the nicest group of kids you will ever meet. We had wads of stuff to give out but there was no disorder or disharmony, unlike the last place we went to. Richard has said he will take anyone there and after a visit to the $1.00 store in Hardies Lovina its just one of the best times you could spend.
