pretty much anywhere in Bali is a good place to stay and meet pple. Depends where you want to stay and how much you wanna spend. For people around your age (my parents)they tend to stay at Melasti Beach Resort in Legian, big hotel, lots of pple around your age and gr8 value for money.
A good place to drink party and meet pple around your age is the Bali Rock on Melasti St opposite Bali Aussie.
