To answer the other questions, they are in the plastic slip things (but buy the folders for 40,000rph that store 50-60, it's definitely the way to store them).
Had no issues with pixel quality. The dvd's are just the movie only - no extras.
Also, friends of ours bought all 3 Shreks's on 1 disc (at the Kuta Sq shop), and they were unable to get Shrek 3 to work (although 1 & 2 worked ok). I'd suggest buying some multi's first, check them out - we found places would always let you return any problem ones for exchange
