about 55sq metres. Was told the rooms much bigger than Dynasty. Just a bit concerned about small grounds and what service will be like. Is run by the same people as Green Garden down the road. Restaurant is meant to be good (breakfast around $4 compared to $20 odd at the Dynasty(I think Im talking myself into it hehe)but still for piece of mind a report or 2 would be nice.
