to Bali Hai so you won't have to be sitting in taxis in traffic and I'm sure they could organise music for you if you asked. If you go with somewhere airconditioned, you are looking at an enclosed restaurant so why not have the reception at the Bali Hai as well. If it was my choice, I'd go Ma Joly without any hesitation
