VOA will cost US $25 per person, no matter what age. Departure tax (when leaving Bali) is 100,000 rupiah per person, and if you are taking under 2 year olds, they are free!! Which was great because back in June this year, we had 100,000 rupiah more to spend - so I went and got a nice foot massage at the airport before boarding the plane!!!!!!!!Mmmmmmmm.
